Returns Policy

At Wind Whirl Innovations Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of fans and related products. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. That’s why we’ve developed a comprehensive returns policy to ensure that you have a hassle – free experience if you need to return an item.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This gives you ample time to inspect the product, test its functionality, and decide if it’s the right fit for your needs.
  • Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging that it was received in. This includes all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product. If the product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing any components, it may not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Reason for Return: We accept returns for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:
    • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect within the 30 – day return period, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
    • Wrong Product Received: If you received the wrong product due to an error on our part, we’ll arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and the incorrect one to be returned at no additional cost to you.
    • Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. As long as the product meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  • Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or by phone at +1 214 – 563 – 8429. Provide us with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps of the return process.
  • Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your return request and determined that it meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll issue you a return authorization number (RAN). This number is important as it helps us track your return and ensure that it’s processed correctly.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories and manuals. Include a copy of your return authorization form or a note with your order number and RAN inside the package. You’re responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
  • Processing the Return: Once we receive your returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 – 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the new product to you as soon as possible.

Refunds

  • Full Refund: If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund of the product price, excluding any shipping charges (unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and may take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • Partial Refund: In some cases, if the product is not in its original condition or is missing components, we may issue a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the product and the value of the missing items.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different model, size, or color, we’ll be happy to assist you. The exchange process is similar to the return process. Once we receive your returned product and verify its eligibility, we’ll ship the new product to you at no additional cost (except in cases where the new product has a higher price, in which case you’ll be responsible for paying the difference).
